Dear Flavia, thank you so much for the wonderful cooking lesson and meal, and even better company. I learned so much about the history of timballo and other Italian cuisines - and picked up a few chef secrets! - and ate some incredible food... Time for a nap in Villa Borghese :) What a wonderful afternoon spent meeting you and your family - a true Italian experience to end my time in Rome.
